We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Product must not be damaged by the customer

• Need to take a video at the time of opening

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with proof.
